Publisher reserves the right, because of
possible manufacturing costs beyond his control, to revise his rates at any
time upon 60 days notice in writing and all orders and contracts are
accepted subject to this reservation. |

Advertising of alcoholic beverages and tobacco
accepted. |

The advertiser and or agency shall designate the
width in columns and depth to the nearest 1/2 inch. Advertisements will be
published and billed on exact space order, measurements from cut off rule
to cut off rule. |

Minimum display advertisement accepted: |

Proofs will be available for all ads 20 inches
or more, providing all copy has been submitted 48 hours prior to deadline.
All other ads will be available for proofing at our office. |

Tear sheets will be provided, if available, to
all the advertisers. The number will be determined by the nature and need
of the business. |
|
|
|
|
Publisher reserves the right to reject or edit
any copy submitted for publications. |
|
Proof to the advertiser removes all
responsibility for errors in prices or copy from the newspaper when
advertiser or authorized agent approves it. |
|
Publishers liability for damages from errors
in any advertising that it publishes or from its failure to publish that it
has agreed to publish shall be limited to the amount actually received by
the publisher in consideration for its agreement to publish the
advertisement in question. It shall not be responsible for any
consequential damages suffered by any party. When such errors occur the
newspaper will furnish a letter to be displayed where goods are located,
stating that an error has been made. |

|
Proofs exceeding a minimum of 20 inches can be
shown to advertisers only when copy has been submitted in compliance with
published deadlines for proofs. When submitted to advertiser, proofs will
be corrected for errors. Composition charges will be made for excess
changes or alterations from original copy. |
|
Advertising which simulates editorial copy
shall have the word Advertisement set above or below the advertisement. |
|
Position is gladly given when possible, but
only when feasible and where there is no conflict with rules of make-up or
previous arrangements. |
