A Place at the Beach III

Welcome to A Place at the Beach III, located on beautiful Shore Drive.  Our condo is located on the second floor of the 3 story wood structure seen to the left. The condo is located just 2 back from the beach, giving you a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooking the pool.  Just next door to the right of our building is Ocean Annie's, the best outdoor bar on the beach.  A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Apache Pier, the longest pier in Myrtle Beach....great for fishing or just sightseeing.

To the left is the fabulous ocean view from our covered balcony.  We have a pub style table with 2 bar chairs on the balcony, for relaxing and taking in the ocean breeze.  There is also a door from the master bedroom that leads to balcony as well.  Ocean Annie's beach bar is located the next building over to the left. 

Here is another view from the balcony, overlooking the pool.  As you can see there is a sundeck for the sunbathers as well.  Located just outside the pool area is a community bar-b-que pit.

We require a security deposit of $100, which is returned in full within 2 weeks of us receiving our keys back and a positive inspection.  Prices include cleaning and taxes.

Sorry, no pets are allowed.  Motorcycles are not allowed on the property as well.
