Many people have had problems with printing out the schedule. If you are
in this category, you are not alone! The schedule is pretty wide and
printing it out requires you to take a few steps in preparation. Please
try the following, and if it does not work, e-mail me at

- Set the Orientation of your paper to Landscape mode. From inside
your web browser, click File, then Page Setup, then Orientation. Switch it
from Portrait mode (the normal way we print on paper) to Landscape (print across
the long side of the paper).
- Set each margin of your page to 0. If you clicked OK on the last step,
then you have to re-do the File, Page Setup part. This time go to Margins, change
each of them to 0 and click OK. As you do this, the browser will
fill in behind you with the minimum allowable margins, since your printer can't
actually print right to the edge of the paper. We're just doing this to make
sure you have the margins set to their minimum.
- The previous 2 steps are probably sufficient, so try printing according to the
directions below. If you still have a problem, your printer MAY have a
capability known as Scale to Fit. File, Page Setup, Printer Properties, then
look for a Scale To Fit button or tab or something of that nature to click on.
If you can find a button like that, you're good to go.
Once these preparatory steps are taken, you can now print the schedule right
from your web browser, but you must do it one month at a time. Right click
your mouse on any day of the month that you wish to print. Click on
Print. Then click "only the selected frame", then click OK. While that month is printing,
you can move to the next month, right click, and so on.
