Shroud of Turin Reference Photographs from 1931, 1978, and 2002
All pictures are 613 pixels wide and various lengths. The
objective is to provide a set of coordinate references to begin a
process of cataloging features on the shroud using quantitative
data. Providing baseline reference photographs over some 72 years
allows features to be compared in different photographs. The
coordinate system is simply the X,Y pixel coordinates in the various
pictures. Some features will be identified as reference features
to allow comparative references among the photographs. The basic
idea that motivated me to assemble this page was generated by Mario
Latendresse
