Search the Historical Marriage Index for marriages through 6-April-1998. Use the Search Docket and Index feature for marriages 6-April-1998 to the present. 

I have not tried to order copies from the Probate Court yet. This information is from their web site. Certified copy, short form, is $1. Certified copy, long form is $2. The request must include the full names of the bride and groom and date of marriage.
