Breeding by the Moon

Some breeders believe that you can use the phases of the moon to help breed your rabbits. You can breed during the new moon to increase the number of does in litters, or breed during the full moon to increase the number of bucks. These are the dates of the moon phases for 2003.

You can breed for your best does on: March 2, June 29 and October 25. Breed for your best bucks on October 10.
