St. Lucia - Spent the afternoon on the Kon Tiki Party Boat - Won a Bottle of Rum Punch during a limbo contest!

Antigua - Beautiful Island with 365 beaches - I spent the day on Hawksbill Beach

St. Lucia - Fantastic Mountain Bike ride through the rain forests to a waterfall, then the rest of the afternoon on a beach

Dominica - Another beautiful, volcanic, tropical island. Did another bike ride, but this time to the Layou River for a swim and a dip in a volcanic hot spring. Tried bread fruit and salt fish - YUM!! Spent the rest of the day on Mero Beach - black sand and lots of crabs.

La Romana - Dominican Republic - Spent the day at the beach. Oh what agony to have to return back the Pennsylvania, where the temps were in the single digits!!!
