		Camp Kochira built in the early 30's, has recently been renovated. A large deck overlooks the Great Sacandaga Lake with spectacular views and calming sunsets. Steps to the waters edge, a 40' dock and private beach for fishing, swimming and tanning, row boat provided. A deep water mooring is also available. The camp sleeps nine, one bedroom has a single and double bed with a large closet. A second bedroom has two double beds and a large closet. A convertible couch in the living room sleeps two. Located on the main floor is the living room, kichen open floor plan, and a bedroom with full bathroom. Downstairs is a slate floor family room with wood stove and bar with a picture window overlooking the lake, large bedroom with full bath. A laundry room with washer and dryer. Also available is a studio apartment next to the camp, amenities include a wood stove, full bathroom, and kitchenette with a large private deck that overlooks the lake. A 24' pontoon boat with a 110 hp engine can also become available. Rental rates for 2006 $950.00/$1100.00 a week $200.00 refundable cleaning deposit. Saturday to Saturday check in at 4PM, check out at 11AM. Spring and Fall rentals available at a reduced rate with flexible lengths of stays. Camp rents from April until early November. Electric heat wood stove and fireplace, for chilly evenings. Firewood provided.
