Board of Governors The Board of Governors is responsible to the members for the administration of the Association. Current Governors are: President - Tom Kearns ( kearnsy116@comcast.net ) Vice-President - Phyllis Ginzler ( pginzler@rcn.com ) Secretary - Marilyn Salerno (marisal@verizon.net) Treasurer - Pam Ambrose ( dana.pam@adelphia.net ), Directors: Brian Douglass, Peter Silva ( Peter_Silva@yahoo.com ), Tom Tanner. Governors are elected for a two year term at the Annual Meeting of the members. Manager The Manager is a full time employee of the Association and is hired by the Board of Governors to manage the community water system and the day to day activities of K.H.A. Welcome, New
General Manager, Fred Fortier The Board of Governors
is happy to announce the addition of new General Manager, Fred Fortier.
Fred comes to us from Shawnee Peak where he is the water and maintenance
manager. He looks forward to meeting all the members of Knights
Hill Association in the near future. If you see him, please extend a
warm welcome. The Knights Hill Covenants exist to maintain and ensure the residential quality of our community. The By-Laws define the governance of Knights Hill Association. All members should be familiar with their rights and responsibilities under the Covenants and By-Laws Building Control Committee The Knights Hill Building Control Committee is responsible to the community to ensure that all improvements to your property comply with the Covenants. Before any dwelling is constructed or altered, plans and specifications must be submitted to the Building Control Committee for approval. The Building Control Committee is comprised of three members who are appointed annually by the Board of Governors. Click here for Building Application.
