Located in the scenic Lakes Region of Western Maine near the White Mountains of Maine and New Hampshire, we are 40 miles from Portland, 140 miles from Boston and 18 miles from North Conway, NH. All homes are year-round properties on half-acre wooded lots. Knights Hill has a community water system with hook ups to all lots. The Association water system draws from two wells into a 30,000 gallon underground reservoir. As a regulated water utility, we are subject to all federal and state water control standards. The Knights Hill community is made up of seasonal and year-round homeowners, retirees and young families all of whom have been drawn to the beauty of Knights Hill, our Association's amenities and the four season recreation to be found in Western Maine.
