Massachusetts State Police SmartZone 08
This zone is used by
MSP Troop C
in Central MA. It is a simulcast SmartZone consisting of eight sites,
the other five Troop C sites are running as their own SmartZones.
Troop C may still be conducting some operations on 800MHz conventional and
lowband frequencies. The following conventional repeaters have been in
use by Troop C:
- Station C: 868.950
- Station C5: 867.5125
- Station C7: 868.9875
Site Locations
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has licenses under callsigns WPUN255
and WPUN256 to operate from the following eight locations in central
Mass:

Mendon (Chestnut Hill) [420353N/713425W],
Oxford (Oxford Fire Tower) [420626N/714845W],
