Massachusetts State Police Trunk Statewide Conventional Frequencies

In addition to the trunked talkgroups, most users have access to one or more simplex channels and/or conventional repeaters. The simplex channels are usually programmed in channel 16 (or TAC-16). The I-TAC frequencies are used by conventional repeaters located at most of the trunk sites on the network. They may be turned on and off remotely and may not be available all the time. Any public safety agency may use these frequencies. MEMA has distributed radios to town police departments that are capable of accessing these frequencies as well as the local public safety talkgroups on the trunk. The following simplex channels are known to be used by users of the MSP trunking system:
