ACTIVITY TITLE: ADVENTURES AT CRETACEOUS PARK!

YOUR INVESTIGATION:


Wow! You are in charge of creating a theme park that is to be modeled after Jurassic Park! Doesn't that sound like fun? The new amusement park will be called Cretaceous Park, which is the period after Jurassic. Now you must research this time period so that you can create all of the attractions and appropriate scenery.



QUESTIONS TO ANSWER:

1. What dinosaurs were alive in this time period and what were they like?
2. What kind of plants lived then?
3. What was the climate?
4. How long did the Cretaceous period last and what do scientists think happened at the end?




SUGGESTIONS FOR SHARING:

· Create a map of Cretaceous Park, including the attractions and dinosaurs in their environment.
