America! They say its streets are paved with gold. The land of opportunity! Your family has a burning desire for all it has to offer. They have managed to gather enough money to make the trip to this "new world". You have decided to keep an illustrated record of your journey so that your descendants will learn how much you valued freedom.

Choose which member of the family you will be and let us journey with you to America and toward your dreams. As you investigate these two sites, you will take us on your voyage, through the "Golden Door"of Ellis Island, through the ordeal of inspection, and on to your new home.
