Hey guys, we got some Cookiepuss shirts for sale still. The shirts are 10 dollars and we'll even throw in our Cookiepuss CD for FREE! We'll even pay for getting the shirt to you. If you live near or around Fort Wayne, email glanemann@adelphia.net about a shirt. Maybe we can just meet and get you a shirt. If you live far away, we'll get an andress we can send it to. How about that. It has our crown logo on the front and says Ska, Rock, Reggae on the back.

We wanna sell a bunch more of these shirts and get them out. I have blue, a teal color and a youth tshirt in Purple.

Sizes are large and x-large in blue and teal and the youth is a youth large.

Or better yet, email Nikki at adidaschiks@hotmail.com and ask about buying a shirt!!!

Well, we had our last show this past Saturday. Thank you for the great show and for listening to us for the past 3 years. It's been the best run I've ever had with a band before. We accomplished alot and I, Mark, got to accomplish alot of personal goals I wanted done in my lifetime, although not all of them were accomplished yet.

If anyone sees Tony around again, say congrats. He got married a few weeks ago and he and his lovely new wife are moving to Illinois. We wish them the best of luck and mothing but happiness in their lives.

So I'm gonna keep the website up for awhile, let you know what we're all doing music wise. Thanks again for it all.

See you on the flipside...

So how is everyone today? We all had a great time down in Bloomington last Saturday. The crowd response was great and everyone seemes to like our music, a plus in my book. Thanks to the other bands for letting us play with you all and thanks to the people in Bloomington for making it such a kick ass show. Maybe we can be back there soon.We have a beer tent show coming up nesxt weekend with Blue Tantrun. Some blues jam music from Defiance. This is gonna be a great show and I hope you all do come to party with us.

Tuesday, May 17th, 2005
Like to thank all the people who stayed for us and Unlikely. All 2 of you. I konw that Cup of Joe's had 5 bands, but the best 2 bands no one stayed for! Oh well, their loss. Anyways, more suck news, our Kiwanis show this saturday is cancelled. The building was double booked, we got pushed. So no show with us and Unlikely. Damn. But Road trip! We're off to IU to party and play some music, boyee.

Friday, May 14th, 2005
We're playing at a Cup of Joe's in Auburn, Indiana tomorrow. It starts around 7 or so Indiana time of course. Never been there. This is all ages show as well. It's a small coffee show. Here is the website.

Monday, May 9th, 2005
Yep. It is May 28th at Rhino's in Blomington with The Malcontents and Rude King. Exciting! We might be playing at a Cup of Joe's in Auburn this weekend, but that is yet to be decided. Will post for sure when I know for sure.

So I've been at home sick with strep throat. I feel like ass and my throat is killing, but we finally started laying down some tracks last Saturday. It was great to be in the studio again. It has been a long time. We have 6 tracks started. And they sound oh so good, minus vocals and horns, but they're next. We got only a few shows this month. One at the Kiwanis again and then we're going down to Blommington to IU. I believe we are playing at Rhino's. But I have to double check that out. That looks to be a good time with The Malcontents Lafayette and Rude King from Chicago. So a total Ska show fosho. I also need to get the date as well. I'm so messed up. I need togo and spray my throat to numb the pain. Help me...

Sweet Jesus, I got the last mp3 uploaded to the battle of the bands for Ernie Ball. You have to keep going to the link and playin the songs. It makes us look better that we reall are, but hey we're worth it. And we are that badass, atleast me and Mike are...

Shake your rumpa. Our Mid City show is cancelled. No show on the 23rd. Sorry we can't make it. Mid City is so nice and clean! Anyways. Not a whole hell of a lot going on. Just same ol' same here. We record in 2 weeks. Damn, that is going to be fun to be doing that again! And I'm out like Elton.

Tuesday, April 5th, 2005
I finally got us uploaded to the damn Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands. It's for us to get to play on the Warped tour. Hopefully. The link is here. Click on it and frickin play the shit out of our songs so we can win some prizes on there. They don't take into consideration how many hits the band has, but they do see if we are promoting ourselves to get to play in the Warped Tour. So be listening daily. 20, 30 times a day at least...

Seems like there was a bit of a mess up in our first round of the BOTB 2 Thursday's ago. Seems that Gypsy tied for 2nd place after a recount the next day, so now they get togo to the next round with us and Left Lane Cruiser from that night. Man o Man. Our boys Unlikely Alibi also won last Thursday and they're going onto the next round. The ska and reggae are comin to get ya...

Saturday, March 19th, 2005
Well, We Won! We are advancing to the next round in the the Whatzup BOTB's. I was glad we had moved on, but I'm not expecting to go all the way, although that would be nice right? BOTB's can go many different directions. It's hard to judge so many bands that play so many different kinds of music that BOTB's are really up to other people and what they like. I'm not sure but the next rounds, I don't know if the people get to vote again or if it is soley based on the judges themselves. But the next rounds won't be till July? Maybe? There's alot of bands togo thru. Also, we're in Paulding, Ohio tonight, all ages at the Kiwanis which is located across from the courthouse. Paulding isn't a big town so you'll be able to find it. So everyone across the area come on in. We're brining Unlikely Alibi from Fort Wayne and we got much much more. Keeping it real, Cookiepuss...

Wednesday, March 9th, 2005
Hey! We are playing the first night of the Battle of the Bands II for the Whatzup magazine. We are scheduled to play from 10:40 to 11:10 so far. We'll be up against Gypsy, Left Lane Crusier, and Tri-State Killing Spree. These Preliminary rounds will be based on crowd voting, so we're asking everyone that can make it, please come out and support us and voting the crap out of us there that night. It's on a thursday, which sucks, but if you can make it, please come to Columbia Street on Thursday, March 17th!

Wednesday, March 2nd, 2005
Show on Friday Cancelled. That sucks. Thanks to the bands that played there last week at the motel and trashed the place.

Sunday, February 27th, 2005
We are playing the all ages show along side with the 21= show at the Whatzup Whammies awards show. The all ages starts at 6 and we are going to play at 9, so I was told. We have alot of all ages shows coming up. We know how much it sucks to not be 21 yet. We all were in high school once too, so we are gonna be doing more all ages, cause we all know you like music just as much as the older people.

Wednesday, February 16th, 2005
Man, I'm really keeping everyone informed on everything. I just posted a bunch of shizows so check that page out so you can us in 3-D. We'll be playin with The Malcontents this weekend and can't wait. It should be alllll gooooodddd. Oh, yeah, we did win the cage match on that Friday with that win, that put us in the Cage match Hall of Fame on X102.3fm! There's so many people I want to thank, my agent, my laywer, the mom, dad, all the ladies out there, my barber, Dean Martin, Perry Como, and the guys from Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Without that show I could not laugh...

Thursday, February 3rd, 2005
Let's make it number 4! We've won the cage match everyday since Friday. The band we went up against last night only got 1 vote and the band the night before didn't get any votes I believe. So between 8 - 9 call 260-705-5868 to X102.3 and tell them, I wanna vote for Cookiepuss!!!

Sunday, January 30th, 2005
Hello again. We had our show with Unlikely Alibi last night. We all had a great night playing with those guys. We were blown away on how good they sounded! They'll be going into the studio next week to begin recording. Good luck to you guys on that. Got some very cool news as well! We were on the Cage Match on X102 Friday night. And we freakin won! We're all excited about that. There hasn't been much going on with the band right now and to hear that and win, made everyone's day. We'll be on again on Monday at 8:00. So between 8 and 9, please call in to X102 at 260-747-7711 and Vote for Cookiepuss - Refugees Us on the Cage Match. Lets keep our sing in there for as long as Possible. Call in, pass the phone to whoever else is with you and tell everyone to call. We want to stay on as long as possible. So we'll see how that goes. We have an all ages show coming up in a few weeks on Feb 12th at the Kiwanis building in Paulding, Ohio. We are raising money for the skatepark they are wanting to build at Paulding. So anyone if you could come out to the show and if you'd like donate a little more money to give the kids somewhere else togo. And some of us adults who still enjoy the boarding as well!

Friday, January 20th, 2005
Got a few things to share. We got Track of the Week for Refugees Us for next week. Yeah, Also, they are voting for singles on X102. Click Here and vote for our song Refugees Us to be in rotation on the station.

We want your help. If you can. Vote for us on some of these categories for the Whatzup Whammies. Just click other and enter our band name, Cookiepuss, as you should know. Then submit. Maybe we can win a few categories that we weren't nominated for. That would be sweet. Click Here togo to the Survey. Put us in these categories first, then put us in any others you may see us fit to be in. Don't add us into the metal or rap performer. That ain't us.

Best Rock Performer - Originals
Best Punk Band/Performer
Best Live Performer - Band
Best Local CD Release
Performer of the Year (Local):
Best Art Event (Local): - Our music is in the Pop Filter. So please vote for Pop Filter on this category

Also, don't forget to pick up a copy of Essentials Volume 8, that we are on again this year. There ar alot of great local bands on the CD and you should enjoy it. Pick it up a Wooden Nickle or anywhere else it may be sold in Fort Wayne that you find it at!

Can you feel that baby! Huh? Huh? I can't believe I'm writing this again, but we got track of the day again again at Garageband.com with our song Refugees Us!!! "Now we just need Refugees Us to be track of the day as well." I said that yesterday and we got it again! 2 days in a row! Click Here to view the page that has us featured, again! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy new year to everyone!!!

Thursday, December 23nd, 2004
You know it holmes. We got track of the day again at Garageband.com with our song Lesson Learned!!! I just loaded to song 2 days ago and we already got that award. Awesome. Now we just need Refugees Us to be track of the day as well. Click Here to view the page that has us featured! We're playin at the Red Owl Inn in Paulding, Ohio tonight. Be there.

Wednesday, December 22nd, 2004
Here is a link to the whatzup magazine headline article. It is about Essential Vol. 8. Click here to view. Speaking of Essentials, the release party is tonight! We play at 9:30. It starts earlier and I suggest you go and see all the bands. We play right after The Migranes. \m/ \m/ I uploaded Lesson Learned to Garageband.com and we got 6 reviews already. All of them but one loved the song. We had a demo of Soapdish on there, but that was a 8 track recording and was made before we even had our horm players. We still got track of the day with that that recording! It takes a ton of review to upload a song, so I just paid some dinero to upload the track. It's cool to get your music reviewed. Lets you know what is the deal wih your song.

Sunday, December 6th, 2004
Well now we know. We are on the Essentails CD Release Party Show!!! Thanks for all the votes people. We seem to have a good following being this was a voting thing. Very happy to see this town likes us. At least I hope they do!

Sunday, December 5th, 2004
We got another show at the Red Owl in Paulding, Ohio on the 23rd of this month. They liked us a whole bunches and they even put our CD in the Jukebox. Very cool. So if you're around the Paulding area, please come on over and party down with us. We don't know yet if we are playing the Essentials CD Release party, but whether we do or not, I'll probably still go, cause we were on it!!! The Release show will be at Piere's on the 22nd this month. We all had a great time last night at Mid City Bar and Grill. The owners are cool and it's just a real nice ass bar as well. We'll be back there sometime soon.

Sunday, November 28th, 2004
Skavossas. Heavy Step. Dun, Dun, Dun, Dun, tadaaaaaa!!! Well if you weren't at C Street, you missed a very excellent show. We played which is badass itself, but we got to play with Skavossas, which got together to play for one night. They did a great job and filled the entire bar. There was a line all the way down the block and they stopped letting people in until some people came out!!! It was a busy night! Big giant thanks to the band for letting us open and play with you all. It was a great time and we all had alot of fun. Whe Skavossas was playing, I talked to a couple of guys that were in the Air Force I believe, and one of the guys name was Johnny. He was yellin and screamin, then he tells me he got back from Iraq 4 days ago and was saying he's happy to be alive and never take watching a band like this for granted and go on and on. So if anyone from Skavossas is reading this, you brought alot of joy to a few guys back from the war on terror. They were only going to be back for a month they said, and they just had the best time at the show last night. That the kind of feeling it was there. So Johnny if you see his, probably not, but be safe over there and good luck in everything you do.

Sunday, November 21st, 2004
Got a bunch of cool news. We are playing this Wednesdayat Bottom's Up, just a reminder. Then, we are playing this Saturday Thanksgiving weekend at Columbia Street for the Skavossas Reunion show!!! That is going to be a fun time! Also have a bunch of shows added to the list. Notice we have one on January 7th at Headliners in Toledo. So I know that a ton of people have been wiating for us to play up there and we are finnaly coming to you instead of you coming to us all the time. So be ready and get prepared to get the full rock body treatment in Toledo.... Oh yeah if you ever get a chance to see the Voodoo Glow Skulls, you better go and see them! I took the entire band to Chicago and it was one of the best damn Ska shows I've seen!
