Richard was the first of the downtown crowd to find the site of us Downtown Cleveland freaks, which he was one of them. We all considered him to be ? Mark, of Question Mark and the Mysterians, their hit out at that time was 96 Tears. Richard with his shades on looked just like ? Mark the lead singer!

Richard, Delmar and me hung out together till late 1968, I headed back out to LA at that time and I lost contact with Richard at that time.

Richard found the site by accident in 2000. He was searching for a DJ that use to air in Cleveland called Bill Garcia. strange thing is we also use to hang out with a friend of ours called Bill Garcia, not the same person though. I placed Bill's name in the meta tags of this site not remembering the disc jockey had the same name. That's what drew him to the site, he said he almost fell off the chair when he went to the site and seen his name on it, and that I was looking for him, he emailed me I think the same day and we've been in contact and seen each other a couple times since then.
