So here they are. Websites I visit frequently. Website I sometimes glance at. Others I use for reference. They're all here. Browse at your own risk.
Entertainment Liberty Meadows - Though no longer a newspaper cartoon strip, comics.com is rerunning the old strips.Dork Tower - You cannot be a gamer without being a fan of this strip. 8-Bit Theater - You cannot take yourself as a serious gamer without reading this strip. Real Life Comics - Though on a "reality" kick, there's plenty of older strips that are quite amusing. Red Vs. Blue - Required viewing for Halo junkies. Joy Of Tech - They're not bad... for a bunch of hippie Mac lovers. StrongBad E-mails - 20X6! Also, keep your eyes peeled for Easter Eggs you can click on for little side jokes! Ray Owens' Joke A Day - [CONTAINS ADULT CONTENT!] The bulk of this website is safe, and it's sorta like Slashdot... or worse. I dunno. But it's a great mix of humor, cool stuff, sad people, and then the REALLY sad people aka idiots. Heart of Glass - [CONTAINS VIOLENT CONTENT] But seriously folks, violence like this is almost becoming every day. A work in progress by one of my closer friends, and worth the visit. |
Cool Stuff NASA's Mars Rovers website - I really wish NASA would do more frequent updates, and there's not much to report on, but it's neat in the form of "$10 bucks says it makes it another month without dying."The N.E.R.D.S Homepage - The website of the BEST Junkyard Wars teams ever. Those who can stomach the revamped newer seasons will recognize good ol' Crash. xbConnect - Required reading for any xbox junkie: How to have online Internet multiplayer games WITHOUT signing up for xbox $live$. IRCQ - Not a chat client or anything. Actually, it's a list of favored quotes from the main chat channel I hang out during my spare time. Some pretty funny stuff, and probably stuff that won't make much sense. I blame the ozone layer. |
Role Playing Game Stuff Please see the Role Playing page for more specific links. Thank you.Good Vs. Evil - Brought to you by the same man who ran the USS Coronado and the Treklist comes an 8-bit CGA mono-sound adventure... okay, more like 64-bit SVGA Dolby 6.1 surround sound kick-ass adventure... you get the idea. |
TV Effnet's #BT TV Torrents Listings - Missed the latest episode of "Third Watch"? Interested in saving yourself 10-20 minutes of annoying loud commercials? New show only airing overseas? Grab BitTorrent and save yourself.Effnet's #TVTorrents Listings - They claim they weren't involved in the DDoSes on BitTorrent websites, but they were up and down for a bit during that, then have been solidly down since. Similar to the above website, so I haven't bothered checking EFFNet to see if they're still around. |
