Daren Nisarian

I have served as a Board Member of the La Habra Crest Community Association since about 1997.  For about the past five years, I have served as President of the Board of Directors.  For more information on the La Habra Crest Association, please visit www.lhchomes.com .

In 2005, I was appointed by the La Habra City Council to the Ad-Hoc Fiscal Review Committee.  Within that committee, I was elected Vice-Chairman.

In January of 2006, I was appointed by the La Habra City Council to the position of Planning Commissioner, and re-appointed to a four-year term expiring in 2011.  I will serve as Vice-Chairman in 2008.

In November of 2006, I was appointed by the La Habra City Council to the position of Board Member on the Reward Fund Committee.

I am also a member of the La Habra Host Lion's Club, and a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of La Habra.

In the future, I intend to expand my commitment to the community of La Habra.  I will draw upon my experience and skills to keep our unique community moving forward.  It's my hope that my passion for progress will create a better future for every citizen of La Habra.
