A
frog called Nana
One night a frog called
Nana was dreaming of a charming Prince to carry her away and make her his
Princess.
When she awakened, there was a big ugly frog standing in front of her.
This small voice whispered into her ear, You must make a wish and kiss the frog.
Nana frog replied, I refuse to kiss that ugly frog! How gross!
The small voice whispered again into her ear. I guess you do not want a charming Prince very bad, so I will leave without granting your wish.
Nana frog replied, I guess if I make a wish and close my eyes real tight I might be able to stand it.
So Nana frog made her wish:
I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have the stomach to kiss this frog tonight.
She then closed her eyes real tight and kissed the frog.
Lo and behold the ugly frog turned into the most charming and handsome Prince you have ever seen. His name was Papa.
There was still one problem. Nana was still a frog! Nana frog sought the advice of the small voice. What can I do now, this is not working out as I thought?
The small voice whispered into her ear. You must get the Prince named Papa to kiss you and turn you into a Princess!
So Nana frog asked Prince Papa to kiss her so that she could become a Princess.
Prince Papa replied, I refuse to kiss that ugly frog! How gross!
Nana frog begged Prince Papa, You must kiss me so that I can be your Princess for the rest of your life.
Prince Papa replied, I guess if I close my eyes real tight I might be able to stand it.
So Prince Papa made himself kiss the ugly frog and she turned into Princess Nana and they lived happily ever after.
