Buy all beverage mixes in bulk containers and measure waterbottle amounts into plastic bags. Pack all breakfasts and dinners by days and distribute among riders. Prepackage all lunches individually prior to departure. Lable everything!! This menu is very high in carbohydrates intentionally. Lunches should be spread out over several breaks throughout the day. If yiu have extra food money, spend it on more Gatorade and fresh fruit! The drink mixes encourage hydration and cover up safe but sometimes unpleasant water
