| Over the years the Stardom Company, Ltd., and The Barnyard Buddies have had the good fortune to meet or work with fantastic entertainers. We wanted to introduce you to these talented artists and tell you a little about them. Maybe you will become a fan, too! These entertainers unselfishly have given their time to organizations such as Save the Children, Children's Hospitals, National Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Straighttalkers USA, and Aids awareness programs. | ||

Sally also played the role of Charlene in the NBC television series Dinosaurs, an outstanding program for the entire family. |
When we started to search for the right talent to narrate Circus Champions, the name Sally Struthers was brought up. Because of her devotion to children around the world, we knew she would be the perfect star for our video. She was on tour with the stage production of Grease, but she promised us she would be able to do the voice over during her summer break from the show. We were excited to work with such a talented and down-to-earth personality. She rounded out our cast perfectly and her unusual voice bings a great feeling of joy and excitement to our story.![]() See also: Videos |

| PETER BUFFETT | ||

We met national recording artist and composer Peter Buffett when we approached him to write the score for our second animated children's video, Circus Champions. He is one of our favorite performers and composers so it seemed natural to ask him. Peter has a studio in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, called Independent Sound. He was excited to be able to score a children's video. Three great songs written and performed by Peter make up the background music: Circus Champions March, Countryside and a previously recorded song, Sparkles From the Wheel (Narada). He captured the feeling of the video to perfection. Peter is a wonderful person and a delight to work with. We hope to have the opportunity to work with him again soon. Peter is best known for scoring CBS television's highly praised 1995 documentary "500 Nations," an expansive history of Native American's of North America, Fire Dance for Kevin Costner's "Dances With Wolves" movie, and two songs for the movie "Scarlet Letter". We had the good fortune to meet a superb, rising star, Douglas Spotted Eagle. We have watched Spot's career soar in the last couple of years. He draws huge crowds wherever he performs.
Through his mastery of the Native American flute his audience is taken on a spiritual journey, seen through multicultural eyes, combining ancient and modern elements without musical compromise. Spot has over a dozen solo recordings available, has performed on over 100 videos, films, and television specials. He is heard on HBO, Disney, CBS, TBS, and many other networks. HBO's 1993 "PAHA SAPA" (Black Hills in the the Lakota language) was nominated for an Emmy Award. Spot has also performed on Peter Buffett's and David Arkenstone's albums and many others. ![]() |

Peter Buffet introduced us to one of contemporary music's most popular and talented instrumentalists- David Arkenstone. It was such a thrill to be standing with these two talented stars. David was as nice off stage as he was on stage. Another real down-to-earth person. We hope to include David's music in one our videos, someday. David earned a Grammy nomination for his 1991 album, In the Wake of the Wind, a marvelous, musical journey.

| ERNEST BORGNINE | ||
Ernie is not just any old clown. He was the Great Circus Parade's Grand Clown in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for many years. He was the headliner for the several hundred thousand folks who lined the streets every year to witness the colorful and unique spectacle of circus history.
We also handpainted a T-shirt for for Ernie in his clown makeup and a special sweatsuit for Tova. |
Thanks to the late Ben Barkin of the Great Circus Parade, we had the good fortune of meeting the Academy Award winning actor, Ernest Borgnine, and his wife Tova, who participated every year in the The Great Circus Parade held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Ernie as a clown and Tova wore a designer circus ringmaster costume.
The two-hour pageant, which Borgnine called "miles of smiles," was a labor of love. He loved being part of the festivities; the
parade viewers loved his exuberance and warmth. Ernie and Tova generated enthusiastic applause all along the three-mile parade route. They also were the center of attention at events such as the Great Circus Breakfast and the Circus
in the Sky fireworks extravaganza that preceded the parade. It was always a pleasure for us to spend time with them at the festivities. When in Milwaukee, Ernie and Tova also made a point of visiting sick children at Milwaukee's Children's Hospital. Ernie has won every acting honor--from an Oscar for his movie Marty to New York Film Critics, Cannes Film Festival, British Academy and Golden Globe awards. ![]() |

3 performers who always please their audience with their happy and fun songs and skits are actor/singer Chris Burke and musicians/singers/composers Joe & John DeMasi. We spent some time with them when they performed in Milwaukee. We were introduced by a mutual friend who felt The Barnyard Buddies and Chris, Joe & John's act could be brought together somehow since our themes of working together and friendship are so similar. |
Chris's acting credits include: Heaven & Hell: North & South, Book III (1994) Jonathan: The Boy Nobody Wanted (1992) Life Goes On (1989/I) Desperate (1987) Notable TV Guest Appearances Touched by an Angel (1997-98)
