This is the framing in front of the chimney in the Master Bath.  The double sink vanity is plumbed and light boxes are mounted.  The metal mess at the bottom left corner is an original vent duct from the basement (1882 central heat and air)

This is a nice photo of the Queen Anne uppers on the 2d Floor. The are nearly 7ft tall!!

The newly framed Master Bedroom Closet as viewed from the bath.  The door will no longer be functional but will remain to provide symmetry on the landing.

The door in the closet above is behind the poorly built 2x4 partition below.  The toliet and tub are shown at right.  Note the original partition is the L shape then the later addition on top.

This is the new master bath shower!!  To give you an idea of the scale, the back walls are roughly 48" each.  It is located in the same corner as the toilet in the upper pictures.  With drywall, the master bath is truly taking shape.

The Finished shower is truly worth the time and effort

This is actually a TILE floor but it has the look and feel of wood.   We put a heat grid under much of the floor and what a difference that makes!!
