This is the
Italianate woodwork in the Guest Bedroom

The small
partitions were how the rooms were turned into apartments. Below in the building
process and bottom left, with drywall

The water had done considerable damage to this floor. The T&G floor on the right is actually on 2" shims at this point in the floor due to the beam failure below. |
| Notice the difference between the straight line and new wall and the old
one on a curve. The header had a bend and rather than straighten it out, the built
to it.

| Sanded and sealed, the floor and furniture makes the Guest room one of our favorites right now. This view is the same as the one top right of the table above. |
