M51

     Another shot of M51{AKA NGC-5194} the "whirlpool" galaxy located in Canes Venatici. This photo was taken with the 11" scope on Kodak Gold 1000 for 15 min. at F6.3.Visually the galaxy displays the spiral arms in both the 8" and 11" scopes on good dark nights though not as apparent as the photo !
