The planet Jupiter imaged with an MX7c ccd camera and 11" scope on November 24th 2001 from my observatory in Colchester ,Vt. The image is a composite of eleven .02 second images acquired and processed in Starlight Xpress software . Final compositing of the Luminance and RGB frames were done in Photoshop with a stretch to enhance color slightly ! The images were taken at f 20 with Jupiter high in the sky ! Two of Jupiters moons were obvious in the raw images but one was lost in processing ! If the image is stretched a little more the second moon should become apparent !
