RATES- Loan Signings
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Docs will be sent back same day if signing is done during business hours. Sender to pay Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.
Standard Fee/Standard Drive of 20 miles round trip:
$85.00 for documents sent to my address or borrowers. $35.00 for second set of documents. Cost/mile Extra .50 a mile.E-Docs Charge:
$100.00-$150.00
(Includes 1 set of copies for borrower, drop-off and fax-back 10 pp)
Print and copy approximately:
50 pages $100.00
100 pages $125.00
101+ pages $150Full fee for borrower no show or no sign at appointment.
Cancellation 2 hrs or less $35.00.
$25 surcharge for Sunday signings and after 9:00pm any day.
