I am not an attorney. I do not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Your ID is required. Types of ID include valid California drivers license, California senior and non-operator ID, valid passports, Immigration cards, and US armed forces. Signer(s) must personally appear and sign the documents in my presence. Signer must be competent. Can read and understand the action and legal consequences of signing. The document must be complete, must not contain blank spaces, and must not be signed. I do not back-date loan documents and I fingerprint signers.
