| This is Braveheart, our male rabbit. He was our first rabbit and quickly captured our hearts. We are very grateful to Theresa Mueller of Pridelands Rabbitries at http://home.earthlink.net/~muellerjt/ for allowing us to acquire him. He is a Tort “Double Mane” pedigree rabbit. For a more information on the Lionhead breed standard and meaning of the double mane gene, please check out http://lionheadrabbit.net/ Braveheart got his name from the lion of the same name in the original Care Bear movie, one of the favorites of our household. Braveheart loves to play games. His latest favorite is a version of basketball. He tosses a small wire ball about until it lands in his food dish. He then retrieves it and starts all over again. He is also really fond of the giant cardboard tubes we give him! He is a fine breeding male. |
