• Additional pages (above the initial maximum of 20 or added after the website is initially published)
• Page content development
• Creation, modification and/or integration of graphics, pictures or animations
• Construction of PDF files (which allow the posting of downloadable documents on your site)
• Modification of any aspect of the navigation structure
• All forms
• Repairs (fixing mistakes the client may make on his/her own)

Estimates for work requests will be provided within 3 business days of receipt by Black Cat Web Designs and will estimate cost, time required and date client can expect the work to be completed. If no Annual Maintenance agreement is in place, a deposit equal to 50% of the estimate will be required before any work begins. Any estimate that exceeds $300 (5 hours) for clients with a Maintenance Agreement will also require a 50% deposit. In either case, the balance will be invoiced upon completion and publication of the work requested and is due and payable within 10 business days.

Website maintenance, whether under an Annual Agreement or otherwise, is defined as:

Up to an average of fifteen (15) minutes per regular web page per month, including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not include replacing more than 25% of the text from a page with new text, page reconstruction, new pages, navigation structure changes, or repair of any action taken by Client or Client's Authorized Agent that negatively impacts or otherwise damages the functionality or appearance of the website. In the case of Annual Agreements, the period of 12 months begins on the date the Client's website is available to be published to Client's hosting service or 30 days from the date the agreement was signed, whichever comes first.
