From 29 South:  Take 29 business into Lynchburg, cross the bridge and take a right at the first light onto Rivermont Ave.  Becomes Boonesboro Rd.  Widens to 4 lanes becoming 501 S.  At next light take right turn, staying on 501 S.  Take right at next light onto 221 W.  Take right at second light at CVS onto Cottontown Road (continue below).

From 460:  Get on 29 N.  Just past mall (on right), take ramp onto 501 N.  Go to first traffic light.  Make left onto 221 W.  Take right at second light at CVS onto Cottontown Road (continue below).

From 221 E:  Entering Lynchburg area, look for CVS on right side of road at traffic light.  Take this left onto Cottontown Road (continue below).

Cottontown Road:  Go 1 mile,  road will fork, stay left on Cottontown.  Serene Creek Run is 3 miles further on left.
